According to Sharing Yoochun, the cosmetic company Crebeau is suing SM Entertainment. Crebeau is the cosmetics company in which TVXQ / DBSK / Tohoshinki members Micky, Xiah, and Jaejoong are partial-investors in.
Crebeau is suing SME for libel, basically saying that SM Entertainment is making Crebeau look bad when SM Entertainment stated that the main conflict with the 3 DBSK members was over the cosmetic issue (investment into the company). When in actuality it's about the unfair distribution of income and terminating their contract.
All these lawsuits are getting out of hand, hopefully everything can be resolved soon.
