Bae Yong Joon Is Re-admitted to the Hospital

We had previously reported that hallyu star Bae Yong Joon was in poor health... And unfortunately, he's been hospitalized... once again.

Bae Yong Joon (Yon-sama) had left Japan in the midst of his promotional activities due to his health during the past two days. And after he had arrived in Korea, he went for a full-body check-up at a hospital in Seoul - which yielded results that weren't so good.

His entertainment released a statement reading: "There may be many of you who know already, but Bae Yong Jjoon will not be returning to Japan today (October 2nd). Due to the support from his family and fans, he was able to attend the Tokyo Dome event despite his poor health. And even though his health was not that great, he recovered a bit by being with his family. Thank you all for your all your care and support for Bae Yong-joon.

Since he attended so many huge events consecutively despite his health, his condition grew worse and we were forced to cancel all his other events. His family and us staff all sincerely apologize to you all, but we feel that it was necessary for him to take this leave for the sake of his being able to be healthy and active once again. We ask for your understanding, and we sincerely apologize."

Bae Yong Joon being re-admitted to a hospital on October 5th isn't good news for his fans, and it is uncertain when he will be able to be active again. But let's all hope that he has a speedy recovery!

Bae Yong Joon is in Poor Health

Hallyu superstar Bae Yong Joon returned on the 2nd to Korea, canceling the remainder of his Japanese activities due to poor health.

Bae Yong Joon was rocking the Tokyo Dome with Choi Ji Woo, where an astonishing 45,000+ fans showed up on the 29th, and was originally supposed to continue Japanese activities until October 4th.

Bae Yong Joon's management company BOF stated:

"We are very sorry and disappointed. In order to return healthier and in better condition, we thought it was necessary to return early and allow him to recover."

Bae Yong Joon has been looking pretty sickly the past few months, and was just hospitalized for Sepsis two weeks ago. Hopefully, it's just a temporary condition.

Bae Yong Joon and Choi Ji Woo Head for Japan

Hallyu stars, Bae Yong Joon and Choi Ji Woo left Korea on the 27th for Japan where they will take part in promotions for their Winter Sonata animation in Tokyo.

For safety reasons, their flight information wasn't revealed until the very last minute before they boarded the plane. For their trip to Japan, Korean Air prepared a special flight for them. This will be Bae Yong Joon's first official visit to Japan in 15 months after attending promotions for "The Legend" in June 2008. In addition, this will be Bae Yoon Joon's first visit together with his "Winter Sontata" lover, Choi Ji Woo to Japan.

Bae Yong Joon and Choi Ji Woo will be at the Tokyo Dome on the 29th to promote the Winter Sonata animation. Bae Yong Joon busy schedule continues with a commemoration event for his travel book, "The Journey in Search of Beauty of Korea" on the 30th.

Bae Yong Joon Hospitalized

Hallyu world star and actor Bae Yong Joon has been sent to the hospital from overwork and exhaustion.

On September 17, Bae Yong Joon had fainted from exhaustion, overwork and stress, and was sent to a local hospital in Gangnam. But this was only made known to the public on the 20th and Bae Yong Joon is reportedly still in hospital for treatment.

A BOF representative expressed, "Bae Yong Joon is currently receiving treatment on a IV drip but is otherwise in a stable condition. His blood pressure and blood sugar has lowered by a lot and is showing the early stages of Septicemia, or blood poisoning."

It was reported that when Bae Yong Joon had attended his manager's wedding not too long ago, there were comments from worried fans like, "He lost about 10 kilograms. I do not know why he keeps on losing weight," and "he has lost so much weight that his clothes are too big for him."

The represenative added, "We did not announce the situation earlier because we were afraid that we would worry many of Bae Yong Joon's fans. There are no complications thus far and everything should be fine."

Bae Yong Joon is scheduled for discharge before the 22nd, which is the day he publishes a book titled, 'Taking A Vacation to Find the Beauties of Korea." On 29th and 30th of September, Bae Yong Joon will be promoting the animation of the famous Korean drama which he starred in, "Winter Sonata".

Synopsis

This drama portrays the life of the 19th king of Goguryeo, Hwanwoong, who was sent from the heavens to make the world a better place. He falls in love with Saeoh and gives her the joojak necklace; however, Kajin becomes jealous since Saeoh has given birth to Hwanwoong's son. She takes the baby and throws him off a cliff. Saeoh, thinking that her son had died, is overcome with grief and turns into the black joojak to destroy the world. Hwanwoong is the only one who could stop her. Afterwards, Hwanwoong returns to the Heavens and prophecizes that 2000 years later, the true Joo Shin king will come to Earth. With the help of the four gods, he will rebuild Joo Shin.

A/N: I really into the ancient Asian culture, and this is one of my most favourite k-drama I like the most. To be honest I just started to watch this drama because DBSK was singing to the theme song. But after watched a MV from the drama at youtube, then I started to search after the drama. The storyline is unique and interesting and the scenes is brilliant done which make it more realistic. I have totally watch this 3 times and never thought it was boring after knowing the storyline. It always succeed bring out new feelings and thoughts everytime I watched it. I usually get tired of a drama if I have watch it twice, but this never got me there. In the begin it might not be catchy but if you watch the whole episode one, you will get more curious about the storyline.
