Cast and Crew of ‘My Fair Lady’ Party it Up

KBS 2TV's drama 'My Fair Lady' held a special event at Yeudo, Seoul to celebrate the completion of their final episode. On this day, the directors of the drama, Ji Young Soo PD and the lead actors--Yoon Eun Hye, Yoon, Sang Hyun, Jung Il Woo, Moon Chae Won--congratulated each other for their hard work during the 3 months of filming through a post-production party.

The 16th and final episode of 'My Fair Lady', which was broadcasted on the 8th, drew in a rating of 19%. Fans of this popular drama prepared a cake made of rice cake, numerous pictures, a book filled with their encouraging letters, and a variety of gifts for the cast and crew.

One of the directors spoke highly about the drama, stating that "Ever since the first broadcasting, the atmosphere has been good. The day after, I went to a directors' meeting and remember seeing the president smile for the first time in a year." She added, "The 'My Fair Lady' team completed the drama until the end and produced good results. I am very thankful." To Ji Young Soo PD, Yoon Eun Hye, and Yoon Sang Hyun, she requested that they continue to work hard in the future for the development of Korean dramas.

The lead actors from 'My Fair Lady' shared their reactions as well.

Main male lead Yoon Sang Hyun claimed, "The staff members were the most stressed. Although the drama is over, I don't think this is the end of our team." To his fellow cast and crew, he exclaimed, "Next time, let's meet again at a nice place and share more laughs together".

Playing the red-headed character of Kang Hye Na, singer-turned-actres Yoon Eun Hye disclosed, "It feels strange saying our last goodbyes. I'm a bit shy so, initially, I didn't talk much with the others, but now I do." She continued, "I learned a lot from 'My Fair Lady'."

Moon Chae Won, who was cast as the role of Yuh Eui Ju stated, "I was glad to play such a bright and cheerful role that was completely different character from that of 'Brilliant Legacy / Shining Inheritance'. To oppa (Yoon Sang Hyun), unni (Yoon Eun Hye), and Il Woo (Jung Il Woo), I give my sincerest thanks."

While participating in 'My Fair Lady', maknae Jung Il Woo said, "I learned that I have many flaws that I need to improve on."

It is always a bittersweet moment when a drama comes to end and 'My Fair Lady' is no exception. For those who have yet to watch the last episode, I won't reveal any spoilers. However, I will say this much: prepare the usual pint of your favorite ice cream and perhaps a box of Kleenex as well because the finale will surely have you in tears--whether it's in tears of joy or sadness, I will leave it up to you to figure out.

Yoon Eun Hye Learns How to Ride a Bike

Yoon Eun Hye had to challenge herself and learn how to ride a bike because a scene called for it in her drama My Fair Lady. She seems shaky and nervous but her strong will as an actress shows through. Sometimes you have to face your fears to really get into acting and do anything they tell you to do.

To show you're serious about a project is to change yourself for the project, not to change the project itself. For example, many actors lose or gain weight for a role. Any kind of effort will make a difference and it's good to see that Yoon Eun Hye cooperates too. They could've easily put the smaller wheels you see for kids bikes under 8 and used camera tricks but they didn't.

To ride a bike might be a small deal to many people but it's a different story for an adult that never rode one before. No matter what, she managed to learn fast and give the scene her all. Even though she is a top actress in Korea, she doesn't seem like a diva.

It took 3-4 hours to complete the scene but for every take, she peddled with a smile. Hope to see her keep working hard for this drama.

My Fair Lady 1.5 OST Album Released

For those of you keeping up with the drama, "My Fair Lady," some new music is coming your way. A new song has been released and it's being sung by Brown Eyed Girls' very own, Narsha.

There's two tracks in total and both are titled, "I Love You." They're both basically the same song sung by Narsha featuring two different people. One song features Miryo, the sexy, powerful, and charismatic rapper from Brown Eyed Girls, and the other track features Jang Geun Ee. (장근이) Jang Geung Ee is also known to be one of MC Mong's closest friends and the rap teacher for F.T Island. Both songs are very pleasant to my ears and I hope you guys will like it too.

Yoon Sang Hyun does Boohwal

Yoon Sang Hyun who rose to fame because of Queen of Housewives and currently in My Fair Lady, will become a singer after releasing his first digital single album.

Yoon Sang Hyun's impressive vocal ability was first discovered in Queen of Housewives, where he sang Boohwal's Never Ending Story (classic song if you didn't know) to Kim Nam Joo's character, charming the hearts of many female viewers with his captivating rendition.

In his first digital single album, Yoon Sang Hyun has once again picked another of Boohwal's song, Story of Rain and You as a cover song. This song was composed back then by Boohwal's leader, Kim Tae Won, as a memory of his high-school first love. Jung Il Woo joining Yoon Eun Hye for Lady Castle

Some might have be a little disappointed with Yoon Sang Hyun joining Lady Castle, which will be Yoon Eun Hye's comeback drama in 2 years. Fret not, for it was announced just this afternoon in Korea that Jung Il Woo, last seen in The Return of Iljimae earlier this year, could be joining Lady Castle to offer more eye candy for the girls.

According to Lee Kim Productions, they are now in advanced talks with Jung Il Woo's management, Star K Entertainment and the possibility of him joining is very high. Once it's confirmed, filming for Lady Castle would then begin in mid July.

Lady Castle is a romantic comedy that sees a guy become a housekeeper and has an eye on the rich family’s hidden slush fund. He develops a love triangle with the family's 3 daughters, 1 of which is played by Yoon Eun Hye. Jung Il Woo is likely to be involved in a love triangle with Yoon Sang Hyun and Yoon Eun Hye if everything goes well.

A/N: But if Jung Il Woo really join the cast I can´t do more the claps, but somehow want him to pair with Eun Hye. Anyway when I first saw the news about Yoon Sang Hyun joining Yoon Eun Hye on Lady Castle I kinda disappointed about the cast for the drama. After all this is her comeback after almost 2 year. I was really hoping the main male lead was more like:
Lee Seung Ki

Lee Junki

Kang Ji Hwan

Jo Hyun Jae

Jae Hee
