We reported last month that in the aftermath of the Jaebeom's incident, 2PM's Taecyeon and Wooyoung would be taking a temporary leave of absence from their MCs role on SBS Inkigayo.
Since then, it has been almost a month since we last saw them, with Ha Yeon Joo hosting an episode by herself and another with Kim Tae Woo. There were no Inkigayo episodes for the past two weeks due to the Chuseok holidays and Dream Concert broadcast.
The Inkigayo PD mentioned two weeks back that Taecyeon and Wooyoung's return will be discussed after the Chuseok holidays and the two of them had performed with the 6 member 2PM this past Saturday at Dream Concert, raising hopes that they will be back.
But the Inkigayo PD said on the 11th, JYP Entertainment has asked for more time with regards to their return. There's still a few more days to our next broadcast on the 18th and we will continue to discuss with them. We will wait for their return in any case." Source: allkpop
Much like their fellow Hottests in Korea last month, New York Hottest and Jaebeom supporters gathered together in Union Square yesterday to perform 2PM's hit debut single "10 Points Out of 10."
Prior to the actual performance, rehearsals were held for the fans interested in supporting the cause. Once the time came, fans and non-fans alike gathered around the center where the dancers performed a special rendition of their idols' song. They left in every move of the routine, including Jaebeom's difficult handstand at the very end of the performance! Seven fans also wore shirts with each of the member's names written on the back, making their presence known to all onlookers. It's clear that the participants not only got to publicize their love for Jaebeom, but had fun & enjoyed themselves through this public experience.

The long-awaited annual concert event of the year, the 2009 Dream Concert kicked off last night at the Seoul's World Cup Stadium as 19 groups of performing artistes took to the stage under the night skies to perform for their adoring fans.
The 19 groups were Big Bang, Super Junior, SNSD, 2PM, SHINee, Jewelry, 4minute, 2NE1, Kara, Chae Yeon, Wheesung, Park Hyo Shin, T-ara, Supernova, f(x), Kim Tae Woo, 2AM, MC Mong and Super Junior-M. As reported earlier, the once 7-member idol group 2PM performed together without their leader for the first time at the 2009 Dream Concert on the 10th. Due to the controversial issue of Jaebeom'sMySpace comments that has still have a lingering effect on the nation, their performance will not be aired on tv.
Fortunately, fancams have sprouted up on YouTube, enabling international Hottests to witness the performance for themselves.
Even though the boys had not been on stage for a while, their performance was just like any other they had in the past. In terms of vocals and choreography, the quality of the group's performance had not deteriorated during their period away from the k-pop scene.
Of course, the absence of their leader made a significant difference on the overall show that could not go unnoticed. Instead of having another member replace Jaebeom's singing parts or cutting them out altogether, the audio was left alone. The gap left by 'Leadja' was particularly glaring at the end of the song, where his usual spot in the middle of the group was completely vacant.

You can bet that fans didn't hold back during the night of this very occasion. 40,000 people showed their support for Jaebeom by chanting his name in unison throughout the song.

Of the many banners made for 2PM and their leader, there was one, in particular, that glowed (literally). It read, "We are waiting for our Leadja Park Jaebeom" and was the only visible banner in the dark.
I, for one, am utterly speechless at the extent Korean fans have gone to try and restore the ex-leader of 2PM to his rightful position.

The concert had some of the nation's best singers performing but some poor preparation work bought some frowns to the audience. The photo time before the concert, which was supposed to start at 5:00PM, was delayed by 1 hour, which lead to some boycotting by the photographers. Also the hosts went on talking for 30 minutes because of the delay causing the 40,000 audience to wait in the chilly weather. Source: allkpop
